"Credits" refers to the digital currency used within our platform. 1 Credit = 1 INR.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Account Registration

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Nature of Services

Vastu Purush™ is a trademark of Vasturang Corporation LLP
The Value Amplification Program (VAP) methodology is proprietary
All zone analysis data, report templates, and frameworks are proprietary

6. User Obligations

Use services only for personal or authorized business purposes
Not reverse-engineer or extract source code from our applications
Provide accurate birth and property data for consultations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Vasturang Corporation LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Pune by a sole arbitrator.
