2. Infrastructure Security
Applications hosted on Netlify with automatic SSL/TLS, DDoS protection, and global CDN. Data stored in Google Cloud Firestore with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Backend on Render with HTTPS-only communication.
3. Authentication Security
Firebase Authentication provides secure password hashing, email verification, session token management with automatic expiry, and brute-force protection via rate limiting.
4. Data Classification
- Public Data: Service descriptions, team info, contact details
- Personal Data: Name, email, phone — protected by Firebase Auth and Firestore rules
- Sensitive Consultation Data: Birth details, Kundali, floor plans — highest protection level
- Financial Data: Credit balance, transaction history — restricted access
5. Data Breach Protocol
- Within 72 hours: Report to Data Protection Board of India and notify affected users
- Immediately: Contain breach and secure systems
- Within 30 days: Investigation and corrective measures
